• Strategic (10 days) — For larger or multi-entity providers. Includes multi-portfolio triage design, board-level criteria setting, training session for users, and integration with your bid library & process.

All packages are delivered remotely via Microsoft Teams/Zoom and shared documents. VAT charged where applicable.

4. Test & refine — we run 2–4 real or mock tenders through the tool, refining logic and thresholds.
5. Handover & debrief — we walk through the tool, agree final tweaks and outline how to maintain it.
