These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of sponsorship products provided by Impact Guru Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16520599), with its registered office at:

By purchasing any sponsorship product from Impact Guru Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms.


1. Nature of Sponsorship

Impact Guru Ltd offers limited, non-editorial sponsorship opportunities in connection with the UK Impact Guru Knowledge Hub.

Sponsorship is an intangible brand association and visibility service. No physical goods are supplied.

Sponsorship does not constitute partnership, endorsement, joint venture, or representation beyond the agreed placement.


2. Sponsorship Products

Sponsorship opportunities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Main Knowledge Hub sponsorship
  • Category-level sponsorship
  • Section-level sponsorship

All sponsorship placements are:

  • Exclusive (no more than one sponsor per placement)
  • Capacity-limited
  • Time-bound, typically offered on an annual basis
  • Non-editorial

Exact placement and recognition are defined on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.


3. Scope of Recognition

Depending on the sponsorship level purchased, recognition may include:

  • Logo placement
  • Sponsor acknowledgement text
  • Short descriptive strapline
  • A single outbound link to the sponsor’s website

Sponsor recognition:

  • Appears only at the agreed placement level
  • Does not appear within individual articles unless explicitly stated
  • Does not imply endorsement of services or products
  • Does not grant content control or editorial input

4. Editorial Independence

All Knowledge Hub content is written independently.

Sponsorship:

  • does not provide editorial influence
  • does not influence topic selection or published opinions
  • does not guarantee traffic levels, engagement levels, or search rankings

Impact Guru Ltd retains full editorial control at all times.


5. Term, Payment and Renewal

  • Sponsorships are offered on an annual, paid-in-advance basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Sponsorship does not auto-renew unless explicitly agreed.
  • Renewal pricing is not guaranteed and may change based on traffic growth, demand, positioning and market conditions.

Because placements are exclusive and limited, availability should be treated as scarce rather than recurring.


6. Cancellations and Refunds

Sponsorship agreements are non-refundable once activated.

If a sponsor chooses to withdraw before the end of the agreed term, the sponsorship may be removed at their request; however, no refund or pro-rata adjustment will be issued.

Exception: If Impact Guru Ltd terminates a sponsorship due to values misalignment or reputational protection (as described in Section 7), a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the sponsorship term will be issued.

Refunds are otherwise issued only where required by UK law.


7. Suitability, Values Alignment and Termination

All sponsorships are subject to suitability review.

Impact Guru Ltd reserves the right to:

  • decline a sponsorship prior to activation, or
  • terminate an active sponsorship if continued alignment with the Knowledge Hub’s purpose, audience or professional standards is no longer maintained.

Termination may occur where there is:

  • misrepresentation by the sponsor
  • breach of these Terms
  • reputational or ethical concerns
  • material change in the sponsor’s activities that conflicts with the Knowledge Hub’s values

Where termination is due to sponsor breach or misrepresentation, no refund is due.


8. Intellectual Property

The Knowledge Hub structure, content, branding and design remain the intellectual property of Impact Guru Ltd.

Sponsorship does not grant any ownership rights in the Knowledge Hub or its content.

Sponsors retain ownership of their own logos and trademarks.


9. Liability

Sponsorship provides brand visibility only.

Impact Guru Ltd does not guarantee:

  • lead generation
  • commercial outcomes
  • specific traffic volumes
  • search engine rankings

To the extent permitted by law:

  • our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the sponsorship term
  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or matters that cannot be excluded under UK law.


10. Changes to Services or Terms

We may update:

  • sponsorship positioning
  • site structure
  • formatting of recognition areas
  • these Terms

Changes will not materially reduce an active sponsor’s agreed placement during the paid term.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
