Sponsorship Agreements
All sponsorship placements on the Impact Guru Knowledge Hub are agreed for a fixed annual term unless otherwise stated in writing. Sponsorship secures placement, visibility and association within the Knowledge Hub for the full agreed period.
Payment is due in full at the point of agreement unless alternative written terms have been confirmed.
Cancellations by Sponsors
Sponsorship agreements are non-refundable once confirmed and payment has been received.
As sponsorship secures annual placement, positioning and visibility across the Knowledge Hub, cancellations during the agreed term do not result in partial or pro-rata refunds.
If a sponsor chooses to withdraw before the end of the agreed term, the sponsorship may be removed from display at their request; however, no refund will be issued for the remaining period.
Non-Renewal
Sponsorship does not auto-renew unless explicitly agreed in writing. Renewal discussions will take place prior to the end of the agreed term.
Termination by Impact Guru
Impact Guru reserves the right to terminate a sponsorship agreement if, at its sole discretion, it determines that the sponsor no longer aligns with the values, standards or professional integrity of the Knowledge Hub.
In the event of termination initiated by Impact Guru for reasons of values misalignment or reputational protection, a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the sponsorship term will be issued.
No refund will be issued where termination is due to breach of agreed terms by the sponsor.
Content & Placement
All sponsorship placements are subject to final editorial approval to ensure alignment with the Knowledge Hub’s purpose as a practitioner-focused, evidence-led reference resource.
Impact Guru reserves the right to refuse or amend promotional wording that does not meet these standards.

Sponsorship provides brand association and visibility only and does not imply endorsement, recommendation, or commercial partnership beyond the agreed placement.
All services are delivered digitally unless agreed otherwise in writing.
