Digital Transformation Readiness Assessment: Evaluate Strategy, Cyber Resilience and Technology Capability in Adult Social Care
Digital Transformation Readiness Assessment (Beta Version 1)
This free intelligence resource helps UK adult social care providers assess organisational readiness for digital adoption, technology-enabled care, cyber resilience, data-led decision-making and sustainable digital transformation.
The assessment generates an overall digital maturity score, individual domain findings, governance recommendations, cyber resilience prompts, workforce readiness actions, digital adoption priorities and a staged improvement roadmap.
This intelligence resource provides general digital transformation and organisational improvement guidance only. It does not replace professional judgement, specialist cyber security advice, legal advice, CQC requirements, commissioner specifications, data protection obligations, NHS information governance requirements, procurement advice or local policy.
Assessment Scale

- 2 — Emerging: some systems and controls exist, but implementation, adoption and evidence are limited.
- 3 — Defined: digital arrangements are documented and generally understood, although consistency varies.
- 4 — Assured: digital arrangements are embedded, monitored, secure and supported by reliable evidence.
- 5 — Leading: technology is person-centred, integrated, resilient, evidence-led and continuously improved.
