Impact Guru Ltd provides digital sponsorship services only. No physical goods are sold.
Because sponsorship placements secure exclusive, time-bound visibility within the Impact Guru Knowledge Hub, all purchases are considered final once activated.
Refunds are not available for sponsor-initiated cancellations during the agreed term.
If Impact Guru Ltd terminates a sponsorship agreement due to values or suitability misalignment, a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the sponsorship term will be issued.
Refunds will otherwise only be issued where required by UK law.
