Refund policy
Impact Guru Ltd provides digital services, sponsorship opportunities, commissioned content and professional knowledge resources.
Because most products and services supplied by Impact Guru are customised, commissioned, time-based, capacity-limited or digital in nature, refunds are handled in accordance with the terms below.
Sponsorships
Knowledge Hub sponsorship placements are exclusive, capacity-limited and reserved for a specific organisation.
Once a sponsorship placement has been activated, payments are non-refundable.
If a sponsor chooses to withdraw before the end of the agreed sponsorship term, the sponsorship may be removed at the sponsor's request; however, no refund or pro-rata refund will be provided.
If Impact Guru Ltd declines or cancels a sponsorship before activation, any payment received for the unactivated sponsorship will be refunded.
Commissioned Knowledge Articles
Commissioned knowledge articles are bespoke services produced specifically for the commissioning organisation.
Once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable.
If a commissioned article project is cancelled by the client after work has started, no refund will normally be due.
If Impact Guru Ltd declines a proposed article topic before work begins, any payment received for that unpublished work will be refunded.
Consultancy and Professional Services
Consultancy, bid writing, tender support, advisory work and other professional services are booked against available capacity.
Completed work, delivered work and time already spent are non-refundable.
Where a project is cancelled before work begins, any refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on preparation already undertaken and resources allocated.
Digital Products and Downloads
Where digital products, downloadable resources, templates or similar materials are supplied, refunds will generally not be available once access has been provided or the product has been downloaded.
This reflects the nature of digital products, which cannot be returned once supplied.
Errors and Exceptional Circumstances
If you believe a payment has been made in error, duplicated or processed incorrectly, please contact Impact Guru Ltd as soon as possible.
Genuine payment errors will be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Where consumer protection legislation or other legal requirements apply, those rights will continue to apply.
