Implementation (Mobilisation) Plan – Excel Workbook

Specialist bid-writing expertise for the tender questions that matter most.

Not every tender response requires external consultancy support. Your organisation may be confident preparing straightforward method statements internally while needing specialist expertise for more complex, technical or heavily weighted questions.

Impact Guru's Bespoke Tender Method Statement Writing service allows you to commission an individually written, evidence-led response to a specific tender question, without committing to a full bid-writing package.

Delivered by an experienced UK bid-writing specialist, the service is available to organisations internationally for suitable English-language tenders and procurement opportunities.

Specialist Support Where You Need It Most

You may be managing the overall tender yourself, using your internal team or combining different sources of bid-writing support. Our service gives you the flexibility to outsource individual method statements where specialist knowledge, structured analysis and professional writing can add value.

This approach can help organisations manage their tender preparation budgets while securing specialist support for the questions that require it most.

We can support complex questions involving:

  • Health and social care service delivery, including complex and specialist support.
  • Safeguarding, risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • Workforce planning, recruitment, training and retention.
  • Service mobilisation, implementation and transition.
  • Quality assurance, governance and continuous improvement.
  • Person-centred care, independence, inclusion and outcomes.
  • Partnership working, integrated services and stakeholder engagement.
  • Social value, community benefits and sustainable service delivery.
  • Service innovation, digital transformation and organisational development.

Other public-service and specialist procurement subjects may also be considered, subject to the information available and the expertise required.

Choose Your Method Statement Word Count

Select the required word count using the product options above. Each option covers one bespoke tender method statement of up to the selected word limit.

  • Up to 500 words.
  • Up to 750 words.
  • Up to 1,000 words.
  • Up to 1,500 words.
  • Up to 2,000 words.
  • Up to 3,000 words.

Prices are displayed through the Shopify product options. Each purchase covers an individual response within the agreed scope.

Need several method statements? You can purchase multiple responses in the same order, selecting the appropriate word count for each question.

For example, if your tender requires two 1,000-word method statements and one 500-word response, simply add the 1,000-word option with a quantity of two and the 500-word option with a quantity of one.

What Is Included in Your Method Statement?

Each purchased method statement includes:

  • Review of the relevant tender question, specification and available evaluation criteria.
  • Consideration of the organisational information and supporting evidence you provide.
  • Development of a response structure aligned with the question and stated requirements.
  • Bespoke professional writing focused on the relevant service, contract and organisational capabilities.
  • Integration of relevant examples, processes, commitments and measurable evidence where supplied.
  • Editorial quality checks for clarity, consistency, relevance and compliance with the agreed word limit.
  • Delivery of the completed response electronically in an editable Word document.

Every response is developed for the individual tender requirements. We do not supply generic, pre-written method statements or invent organisational experience, performance figures, accreditations or supporting evidence.

Optional Implementation / Mobilisation Plan

For tenders requiring a detailed mobilisation or implementation response, you can add a bespoke Implementation / Mobilisation Plan to your selected method statement.

The plan is developed alongside your written response, ensuring that proposed activities, timescales, responsibilities and risk management arrangements are consistent with the commitments made in the method statement.

Your editable Microsoft Excel workbook includes four worksheets:

  1. Implementation Programme and Gantt Chart: A structured mobilisation timetable covering activities, milestones, deadlines, dependencies, responsible personnel and operational readiness.
  2. Implementation Risks and Mitigation Measures: An assessment of key mobilisation risks, likelihood, impact, preventative controls, mitigation actions and contingency arrangements.
  3. Implementation Team and Responsibilities: A structured overview of implementation roles, management responsibilities, governance arrangements, accountability and escalation processes.
  4. Live Implementation Risk Log: An editable register for monitoring implementation risks, mitigation actions, responsible owners, target dates, progress and risk closure.

To include this additional service, select "Include Implementation Plan" from the Shopify product options. Otherwise, select "No Implementation Plan".

The implementation workbook is prepared for one contract or service mobilisation programme of reasonable complexity. Extensive multi-site or specialist implementation requirements may require a separate quotation.

The workbook is supplied alongside the purchased method statement and is not available as a standalone purchase through this product. It is designed for tender submission and subsequent internal planning; ongoing implementation management is not included.

How to Order

  1. Select your word count. Choose the option that matches the tender question's permitted word limit.
  2. Choose your implementation option. Select "No Implementation Plan" or "Include Implementation Plan" depending on your tender requirements.
  3. Choose your quantity. If you require multiple responses of the same length and with the same implementation option, increase the quantity. You can also add other word-count and implementation combinations to your basket.
  4. Complete your purchase. Pay securely through Shopify using the available checkout methods.
  5. Send your tender documents. After purchasing, email your information or provide a secure cloud-sharing link using the instructions below.
  6. Receive confirmation. We will review your requirements and confirm the scope and delivery date before starting the work.
  7. Receive your completed work. Your bespoke method statement will be delivered electronically as an editable Word document, together with an Excel implementation workbook if purchased.

Ordering several responses? If you only need one implementation workbook for the overall tender, select "Include Implementation Plan" for one method statement and "No Implementation Plan" for the others. Each purchased "Include Implementation Plan" option covers one workbook.

Important: What to Send After Purchase

Please email your tender information to mikeharrison1303@icloud.com, quoting your Shopify order number.

Alternatively, you can send a secure cloud-sharing link to the relevant documents if they are too large to email.

To help us prepare an accurate, tailored response, please provide:

  1. Your Shopify order number and the name of the organisation commissioning the work.
  2. Tender details: contracting authority, tender or contract title, country and relevant service or procurement category.
  3. The exact tender question or questions you would like us to answer, including the word limit for each question.
  4. The tender specification and supporting procurement documents relevant to the requested responses.
  5. Evaluation criteria and scoring guidance, where available, including any instructions on how responses will be assessed.
  6. Information about your organisation, including its services, experience, operating model, capabilities and proposed approach to delivering the contract.
  7. Relevant supporting evidence, such as case studies, policies, procedures, quality measures, performance data, staffing arrangements, training information and examples of successful delivery.
  8. The tender submission deadline, including the date, time and applicable time zone, together with any earlier date by which you need the completed response.
  9. Any specific requirements or priorities you would like us to address.

If you have purchased an Implementation / Mobilisation Plan: please also provide the proposed contract commencement date, mobilisation timetable, implementation team and responsibilities, relevant workforce and operational arrangements, known risks and any commissioner-specific implementation requirements. Existing project plans or risk registers may also be supplied where available.

Where arrangements are not yet confirmed, please identify the outstanding decisions or assumptions. We can structure the workbook around clearly identified proposed arrangements but will not invent confirmed appointments, dates or organisational commitments.

If you have purchased multiple method statements: please number the questions clearly and identify the purchased word-count option for each one. For example, Question 1 – 1,000 words; Question 2 – 1,000 words; Question 3 – 500 words.

If you have also purchased an implementation workbook, please identify which response it accompanies and the contract or service mobilisation it should cover.

You do not need to combine everything into a single document. We can work with relevant Word documents, PDFs, spreadsheets and other supporting files.

Please share only information necessary for the assignment and remove or anonymise unnecessary personal or sensitive information. Where using cloud storage, provide access only to the relevant documents.

If we have not received the necessary documents following your purchase, we will contact you using the email address supplied with your Shopify order.

Delivery Times and Availability

Each method statement is individually prepared. Delivery times depend on the length and complexity of the question, the completeness of the supporting information and current availability. Where an implementation workbook is included, its preparation requirements will also be considered when agreeing the delivery date.

Purchasing a product does not automatically reserve an urgent delivery slot. We will confirm the agreed delivery date after reviewing your tender documents and submission deadline.

The preparation period begins once we have received the necessary information, confirmed the scope and agreed the delivery date.

If the requested assignment or deadline cannot be accommodated, we will contact you promptly and arrange an appropriate refund for the work we cannot accept.

Please do not leave your purchase until immediately before the tender submission deadline. For urgent requirements, contact us before purchasing to check availability.

International Tender Writing Support

Impact Guru is based in the United Kingdom and welcomes enquiries and purchases from organisations internationally.

Our service is delivered in English and may be suitable for health, social care, community services and related public-service procurement opportunities in different countries.

We review the requirements of each assignment individually. The client is responsible for supplying relevant local procurement rules, contractual requirements, regulatory context and supporting organisational evidence where these are necessary to prepare the response and any accompanying implementation workbook.

We do not assume that UK procurement legislation or regulatory standards apply to tenders in other jurisdictions. Where specialist local legal or regulatory advice is required, this falls outside the standard service.

All product prices are displayed and charged in pounds sterling (GBP), subject to the currency and payment arrangements shown at checkout.

What This Service Does Not Include

To keep pricing transparent and the service focused, a standard purchase does not include:

  • Writing additional tender questions beyond the quantity purchased.
  • Completing the full tender submission, selection questionnaire or pricing schedules.
  • Uploading responses to procurement portals or submitting bids on your behalf.
  • Creating missing organisational evidence, policies, certifications or performance data.
  • Independent legal, regulatory or financial advice.
  • Extensive rewriting following material changes to the tender question, specification or organisational approach.
  • Additional implementation workbooks unless purchased through the relevant product option.
  • Ongoing management or monitoring of a mobilisation programme after the workbook has been delivered.

Reasonable corrections to bring the delivered response or workbook into line with the originally agreed brief are included. Additional drafting or substantive changes outside that brief may require a separate quotation.

Professional Standards and Tender Outcomes

Our objective is to produce a clear, relevant, well-structured and evidence-led response that addresses the tender requirements and presents your organisation's capabilities professionally.

Where an implementation workbook is purchased, our objective is also to ensure that the supporting programme, responsibilities and risk arrangements are consistent with the proposed delivery approach described in the written response.

However, tender evaluation and contract award decisions remain entirely with the relevant contracting authority. No particular evaluation score, tender outcome or contract award can be guaranteed.

The purchasing organisation remains responsible for verifying the accuracy of all statements, commitments, dates, responsibilities and supporting evidence, and for approving the final documentation before submission.

Some organisations need more than an individual method statement. Impact Guru also provides comprehensive bid-writing, tender strategy and specialist consultancy support for organisations requiring assistance across an entire procurement process.
