Impact Guru Ltd operates Impact Guru as a UK professional knowledge, digital resource and commercial platform.

The Impact Guru online store also provides the central purchasing and subscription environment for selected products and sponsorship opportunities delivered through the connected Impact Insights USA professional knowledge platform.

Where a customer purchases an Impact Insights USA sponsorship, commissioned-content product or other identified Impact Insights opportunity through the Impact Guru online store, the purchase and payment relationship is administered through Impact Guru Ltd, while the relevant sponsorship placement or content is delivered on the platform identified in the product selection.

The use of a UK checkout for an Impact Insights USA product does not change the selected location of the sponsorship placement, publication or digital resource.

Selected commercial opportunities relating to either platform may be purchased through the Impact Guru UK Shopify store.

Where the product page identifies Impact Insights USA as the selected platform, Knowledge Hub, category, sponsorship position or publication destination, fulfilment will take place on Impact Insights notwithstanding that payment is processed through the Impact Guru store.

International Customers

The Impact Guru online store may be used by organisations and customers located outside the United Kingdom, including customers in the United States and other countries.

Purchasing from outside the United Kingdom does not, by itself, change the identity of the business operating the Impact Guru store. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular product or agreement, the contracting business for purchases made through the Impact Guru online store is Impact Guru Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, the customer authorises recurring payments in accordance with the subscription selected at checkout and the applicable sponsorship and subscription terms.

Cancellation, renewal, pause and refund arrangements are governed by the applicable product information, Knowledge Hub Sponsorship Terms & Conditions, subscription arrangements and Return and Refund Policy.

Where an exclusive sponsorship subscription is paused, the applicable sponsorship position may cease to be reserved and may become available to another suitable organisation in accordance with the applicable sponsorship terms.

Editorial and Commercial Independence

Impact Guru operates professional Knowledge Hubs and Intelligence Resources covering adult social care, community-based care, long-term care, commissioning, governance, workforce, quality, technology and related professional fields.

Editorial standards, sponsorship arrangements, commissioned content and commercial products are governed by the relevant policies and terms published on this website.

Sponsorship provides commercial visibility and professional association within the defined sponsorship position but does not provide editorial control and does not constitute endorsement by Impact Guru or Impact Insights.

Jurisdiction

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing or prohibited by applicable mandatory law, disputes arising from or relating to the Impact Guru website, purchases made through the Impact Guru online store or contractual arrangements with Impact Guru Ltd will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The fact that a customer, organisation, sponsor or website user is located in the United States or another country does not, by itself, alter this governing-law and jurisdiction provision.

Mandatory Legal Rights

Nothing in this Legal Notice or the associated terms is intended to exclude, restrict or override any statutory or other mandatory legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
