Governance Maturity Assessment: Evaluate Leadership, Assurance and Board Oversight in Adult Social Care

Governance Maturity Assessment (Beta Version 1)

This free beta tool helps UK adult social care providers assess governance capability, leadership oversight, organisational accountability, risk management and assurance maturity.

The assessment generates an overall governance maturity score, individual domain findings, assurance recommendations, risk oversight priorities, board effectiveness prompts and a staged governance improvement roadmap.

This tool provides general governance and assurance guidance only. It does not replace professional judgement, legal advice, CQC requirements, commissioner specifications, safeguarding duties, employment advice, information governance requirements or local policy.
